The bill (Reg. No. 2117) suggests limit aggregate value of paid services, provided monthly by state and municipal subjects and involving budgetary funds to persons who, under the law, are entitled to pensions at the level not exceeding 5 per cent of pension insurance of the abovementioned persons (supplement to article 7 of the Law). The bill stipulates the provision re exercising state and public control over provision of social services (article 7 and 18 of the Law).
